Although the breakfast was excellent and the beds comfortable, it was disappointing to find our room unkempt over Thanksgiving with no housekeeping available.

The breakfast had plenty of options, and the cheerful staff member made the experience enjoyable. Location was convenient for exploring nearby lakes, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, housekeeping was inconsistent on holidays. the room wasn't attended to twice, which was disappointing. This lack of service detracts from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The beds,, they were super comfy which is crucial after a long drive. We got super lucky with the breakfast lady who whipped us up some waffles just for us, even when they were breaking down the service.

Switching rooms became necessary due to issues with amenities like cable and phone, rather inconvenient for a short stay.
